FWA is proud to support various charitable initiatives, including sponsorships for organizations like the Special Operations Warrior Foundation. Through events such as our Annual Charity Golf Classic, we have raised and donated over one million dollars to assist veterans and their families, exemplifying our commitment to giving back.
Martha serves as the Director of Business Development – East for Harmoni Towers overseeing all aspects of tower leasing for the region. She is a 25+ year industry veteran with experience in all facets of the wireless industry. Prior to joining Harmoni, Martha worked as the VP of Business Development for Dense Air Networks and Regional Sales Manager at Crown Castle. She has been the VP of Florida Wireless Association since 2008 and accepted the role as President in 2023. She is a founding member of South Wireless Summit, serves on the Board of Alabama Wireless Association and on committees for NJWA and NYSWA. She is also a member of WWLF where she previously served as Sponsorship Director and mentor.
Zabrina serves as the Director of Leasing, Central Region for Symphony Towers Infrastructure and has worked in the telecommunications industry since 2007. Zabrina worked as the Senior Regional Manager for CTI Towers, Inc. since 2020 prior to its merger with Symphony Wireless; as the Southeast Sales Manager for InSite Wireless; as the Regional Account Manager for CTI Towers prior to their sale to InSite in 2015; and as a Site Acquisition Manager for Ericsson. Zabrina currently serves as Vice President of Florida Wireless Association. Zabrina holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Rollins College and has been a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate since 2008.
Allan Bakalar is responsible for the daily operations of the company’s wireless collocation business throughout Duke Energy’s six-state footprint. Allan has been with PeakNet and its predecessor companies for more than 25 years, holding various management positions in carrier relations, product development, business development, marketing, contract management, and operations. Allan is a founding member of Florida Wireless Association and currently serves as its treasurer. Also, a founding member of UtiliSite, a division of Utilities Technologies Counsel (UTC), Allan served as its chairman and continues to hold roles on many of its committees.
Tyson L. Munson seasoned wireless professional with 26 years of experience in the wireless industry. He began his career at Pronet/Metrocall, working side by side with RF Engineers, setting up paging networks in hospitals; he spent 8 years honing his network development skills. he then moved to Pinnacle Towers for 3 years, expanding his knowledge of wireless infrastructure, tower management, and tower leasing. This role allowed him to develop a deep understanding of the operational aspects of the industry, including site development and regulatory compliance, followed by an 11-year tenure at SBA Communication, involved in strategic acquisitions and partnerships that played a crucial role in the company’s expansion of tenant leasing, and new tower builds. Following his time at SBA, he joined HPS Wireless Services for 7 years, where he took on more leadership responsibilities, putting together teams to launch new markets as a TURF vendor, he joined Vertical Bridge, where he currently serves as the Vice President of National Sales. Tyson’s extensive experience and leadership in the industry have made him a respected figure in wireless communications.
