Dynamic Environmental Associates (DEA) was founded to deliver high-quality environmental consulting services in an efficient, practical, and cost-effective manner. Today, we support infrastructure, telecom, fiber, broadband, and clean energy projects across the United States.
We work alongside project owners, engineers, developers, and legal teams to address environmental requirements early and thoroughly. Our goal is to reduce uncertainty, support informed decision-making, and help projects move forward without unnecessary delays.
DEA is a full-service, multidisciplinary firm comprised of engineers, scientists, archaeologists, preservationists, and environmental consultants. This in-house expertise allows us to manage complex environmental challenges under one roof while maintaining consistency, quality, and accountability.

Our team is comprised of experienced environmental professionals across engineering, natural resources, cultural resources, archaeology, and regulatory compliance. Clients work directly with senior staff who remain actively involved from project initiation through completion.
Mr. Berezowsky is an established expert in the areas of environmental and regulatory due diligence and compliance and is Vice President at Dynamic Environmental Associates, Inc. (DEA). Prior to DEA, Mr. Berezowsky helped found IVI Telecom Services, Inc., which was a nationwide environmental consulting firm specializing in telecommunications infrastructure development, affiliated with the IVI Companies which were acquired by CBRE, Inc. in late 2014.
He is highly proficient in completing National Environmental Quality Act – Categorical Exclusions Screenings & Environmental Assessments, State / Local Environmental Quality Review Analyses, Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments, Asbestos and Lead Paint Surveys, Visual Impact Assessments, Photographic Simulations, Wildlife Habitat Assessments / Biological Assessments, Shadow Studies, Noise Studies, Wetland / Floodplain Surveys & Consultation, and other related studies.
He is active in various industry associations including being a member and founder of NATE’s Environmental and Regulatory Task Force, a former board member, Events Chair and Executive Committee Vice President of the NY State Wireless Association, a former Board member and Regulatory Chair of the PA Wireless Association and former Regulatory Co Chair and founder of the WIA Environmental Working Group.
Mr. Jermakian is the President of Dynamic Environmental Associates, Inc. (DEA), having founded the company in 1993 and has over forty years of experience in the environmental arena. David has a degree in Civil Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
Since 1996, David has worked with the telecommunications industry addressing environmental and regulatory compliance matters including the National Environmental Policy Act, the National Historic Preservation Act and environmental due diligence, working closely with State Historic Preservation Offices, Native American Tribes and the FCC. Over the years, he has also worked with carriers, tower companies, financial institutions and manufacturers to develop and implement environmental compliance programs and was responsible for the development of an Environmental Assessment format that has been held as an example by the FCC.
Prior to founding DEA, David began his career investigating Superfund sites and serving as a first-responder for hazardous material spills and then moved on to manage the environmental division of a New Jersey based, Civil and Environmental Engineering firm where he was involved in NEPA compliance, Wetlands mitigation, Brownfield Site remediation, Department of Defense Environmental Restoration, and asbestos abatement.
David previously served as co-chair of WIA’s Environmental Engineering and Consultants Working Group and is currently the chair of NATE’s Environmental and Regulatory Task Force and a member of NATE’s Integrated Infrastructure Services Committee.

Lisa Good joins Dynamic Environmental Associates, Inc. (DEA) as Director of Operations, where she will oversee project execution, operational efficiency, team coordination, and client service across the firm’s complex environmental and regulatory compliance projects. She brings 19 years of experience in telecommunications, real estate, project management, legal services, compliance, and operational management, with a particular focus on wireless infrastructure and the coordination of complex, multi-party projects.
Before joining DEA, Lisa served as a Senior Project Manager at GDNSites, where she managed thousands of small cell and in-building deployment and modification projects for Verizon Wireless. She managed projects end-to-end, from initial site identification and acquisition through permitting, construction coordination, and site activation. Her work has included negotiating with state and local planning commissions and right-of-way departments, developing and streamlining permitting processes, ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including NEPA requirements.
Lisa also brings significant experience in operational and financial management. As a Shareholder with Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, P.C., she co-managed the firm’s Columbia, South Carolina office, with responsibilities that included reviewing revenue, expenses, budgets, staffing utilization, pricing, and profitability. Earlier in her career, as a Member of Pennington Law Firm, LLC, she helped manage and scale the firm’s transactional telecommunications practice, developing and implementing quality-control measures, and conducting attorney training and mentorship.
Her legal background provides additional perspective on contract negotiation, risk management, regulatory compliance, real estate transactions, permitting, mergers and acquisitions, and dispute resolution. She has represented major wireless communications clients in network real estate transactions involving leases, licenses, easements, rights-of-way, title matters, zoning, and land-use permitting.
Throughout her career, Lisa has focused on bringing structure to complex projects, identifying operational risks, improving processes, and developing practical solutions that help teams and clients achieve their objectives. She is particularly interested in using data, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to increase operational visibility, improve project execution, and support sustainable growth and profitability.
Lisa holds a Juris Doctor from Campbell University’s Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Kansas. She is admitted to the North Carolina Bar and previously practiced in South Carolina, where she was admitted in 2007 and resigned in good standing in 2024 in conjunction with her move to Kansas City.
Lisa is based in Kansas City, Missouri, where she resides with her two Boston Terriers.
